The steps at a glance

  1. Create the page

In the app create a new biolink page and choose its address, on gotinyurl.com or your own domain.

  2. Add blocks

Add link blocks first, then socials, embeds, an email collector or business hours.

  3. Style it

Pick a theme or set background, fonts, colours and button style. Remove the GoTinyURL branding if you like.

  4. Fine-tune

Schedule time-limited blocks, add SEO title and image, attach pixels.

  5. Share it

Copy the address into every social profile, ideally with a different UTM tag per profile.

A bio page collects your important links behind one address for your social profiles. You can build a good one in about ten minutes.

1. Create the page and choose its address

In the app, create a new biolink page. Choose the name people will see, such as yourname. If you have connected a custom domain, you can put the page there instead.

2. Add your blocks

Start with what matters most this month and put it first. Useful blocks include:

  • Link: the core button. Write the label as an action: “Watch the studio tour”.
  • Socials: a row of profile icons.
  • YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, SoundCloud, Twitch, Vimeo: embeds that play on the page.
  • Email, phone and contact collectors: lead capture without leaving the page.
  • Business hours: for local businesses.
  • Heading, paragraph, image, avatar: structure and personality.

Keep it to five to seven links. Our link in bio best practices post explains why.

3. Make it look like you

Pick a theme, then adjust the background, fonts, colours and button style. Every plan lets you remove the GoTinyURL branding and add your own.

4. Fine-tune

  • Schedule sponsor or launch blocks between two dates.
  • Target blocks by country, device or language when different audiences need different links.
  • SEO: set the page title, description and share image people see when the link is pasted.
  • Pixels: attach retargeting pixels to build ad audiences from visitors.

5. Share it and measure

Copy the page address into your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other profiles. Add a different UTM tag per profile to see which audience clicks through. Check block statistics weekly and move the most-tapped blocks up.
