A GoTinyURL lifetime tier is a one-time payment for a plan that does not renew or expire for as long as the GoTinyURL service operates. If the service were ever closed, lifetime customers would get at least 90 days' notice and a way to export their data. Refunds are available for 30 days after purchase.
FAQ
You pay once and keep the plan for as long as GoTinyURL operates, with no monthly or yearly renewal. Your account is set to the tier you bought with no expiry date.
We would give lifetime customers at least 90 days' notice by email and in the app, and a way to export your links, QR codes and statistics. Lifetime means the life of the product, not your lifetime or ours.
You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying, for any reason. After that, lifetime purchases are final. Refunded accounts move back to the free plan.
Each tier is the same as stacking that number of redeem codes: Tier 1 equals one code and Tier 5 equals five. If you bought codes from one of our deal partners, the same tier number gives exactly the same plan here.
Yes. Buy the higher tier and your account moves up; contact us and we will refund the difference within the refund window or credit it toward the upgrade afterwards.
Lifetime plans get bug fixes, security updates and improvements to the features included in your tier. Completely new paid products or add-ons may be sold separately.
Yes, exactly the limits in the table on this page. "Unlimited" means no cap from us, subject to the acceptable use policy.
Yes. Agencies often choose Tier 4 or Tier 5 for the extra domains. You cannot resell or share the account itself.
No. Buy with the email you use for GoTinyURL and we upgrade that account. If you do not have one yet, we create it and give you a one-time login link on the thank-you page.
